Matthew Jaffe is a real estate attorney based in Washington, D.C. who can represent clients across a broad range of real estate transactions of all sizes. Matt prides himself on providing the highest quality legal service for his clients. To this end, he delivers fast and efficient service and strives to never let himself stand in the way of a deal closing. He is also always available for his clients and works tirelessly to meet their deadlines.

Throughout his legal career, Matt has worked alongside real estate developers, leasing agents, and property managers, all of who have provided him with a behind-the-scenes look at the ownership and operation of real estate assets. In this regard, Matt not only brings with him and understanding of real estate law, but also an appreciation of business issues that are critical to the completion of any real estate transaction for either side.

Matt grew up in South Florida and graduated from the University of Florida in 2008, cum laude. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2011, cum laude. During law school, Matt worked for a federal judge as well as the United States Attorney’s Office, was a member of the Moot Court Board, and received awards for his writing and advocacy skills. Upon graduating from law school, Matt worked for a prominent large national law firm practicing complex commercial litigation before joining the real estate practice group of a mid-sized law firm, where he gained meaningful experience representing clients in a variety of complicated real estate transactions.
